Cost does not include:

 

         3.09 % Government of India Service Tax

         Any Transfers

         Alcoholic beverages (we do not provide/ sell/ supply any)

         En route / Personal expenses

         Medical and insurance expenses

         Any expenses incurred due to exigencies/Force Majeure

 

 

 

 

Meal Plan:

The meals will be served on buffet style (Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian) as per the schedule.

We provide all Bisleri Mineral Water to drink. 

Breakfast        : Toast, Butter, Jam, Stuffed Parantha, Yogurt, Pickels, Omelet, Eggs.

Lunch              : Three Dishes, Chapati, Rice, Papad, Salad, Pickles, Yogurt and Dessert.

Eve. Snacks    : Tea/Cofee with Assorted Pakoras & French Fries.

Dinner            : Three Main Course dishes (one non-vegetarian), Chapati, Steamed Rice, Papad, Salad, Pickles and Dessert.

 

Extra Meal Charges: Veg. Lunch/Dinner INR 250/-, Breakfast/Evening Veg. Snacks INR 200/- net inclusive of taxes.

Any Non-Veg. dish addition other than the provided menu, will be chargeable INR 100/-.

Bottled mineral water and cold drinks will be charged as per MRP.

One DJ Night    (with extra cost of INR 7000/-)

Bar-B-Que        (with extra cost of INR 200/- for 1+1 & INR 300/- for 2+2, per person)

 

Extra Charges:

Bus/Cab Staff (Driver & Helper) will be chargeable INR 100/- per meal and will not be served in Buffet, they will be served food separately and if they are having in buffet, it will cost INR 250/-per person on each meal. They will not be accommodated in Camps.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

Payment and Bookings Terms

       All reservations are deemed tentative till an advance of 50% payment is received. The 50% advance payment is to be disbursed within 7 days of making a reservation.

       Balance Payment of 50% should be remitted two weeks prior to arrival.

       If the advance payment is not received within the specified time, the reservation stands cancelled.

       All payments are to be collected transferred to our bank accounts except any extras

       Family groups– Full and final payment on booking for confirmation of the trip.

 

Children’s cost:

  • 5 years & below       : Complimentary
  • 6-12 years              : 50% discount
  • 12 years and above  : Charged as adults

 

 

Please note:

  All packages are all inclusive (Lunch-Breakfast)

  Check in time is 1200 Hrs on Day 1

  Check out time on the last day is 1100 Hrs. Guests are requested to vacate the tents at the check out time but can use camp facilities till 12 Noon

  There will be extra charge in case the guests check in/ check out at any other time.

  There is no separate cost for the guests not taking any adventure activities.

  We regret we cannot compensate where performance of our duty is affected by force majeure, any incident which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, anticipate or avoid. Such events may include war, terrorist activity, unexpected government acts, riots, civil strife, natural disaster, border closures, fire, road closures, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, land and air travel, extreme weather conditions and other similar incidents beyond our capability to manage.

  • The company follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid will be adjusted against future trips.

  Personal accident Insurance is advisable when booking a tour. Persons not fit for trips due to heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy or mental illness are advised not to participate in rigorous travel programs. The insurance should cover death, injury, theft of the clients' personal property and medical expenses. Activities with the greater risk such as Rock climbing and rappelling should be covered. 

  It is MANDATORY for all guests to fill up a MEDICAL & LIABILITY WAIVER FORM before participating in the adventure activities.

  • Guests will be charged Single Tent Supplement in case they request for single tent.
  • There is no room service at the camp

 

 

Cancellation Clause:

 

Prior information of any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. HAMARA HOLIDAY P. Ltd reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per details below (Booking Amount 10% non refundable). If the cancellation is made:-

 

       2 weeks in advance            25% Cancellation charge

       1 week in advance              50% Cancellation charge

       Less than a week               100% Cancellation charge

 

NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS

 

 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

Guests must be aware that during the course of the trip certain risks may occur, including but not limited to hazards of traveling on a mountain bicycle, white water raft, kayak, climbing a rock or other adventure activities. It may also involve accident or illness in remote places without facilities and caused by the forces of nature. The participant agrees to assume all risks associated with the trip and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitter, employees or agent, or to any member of the tour group. HAMARA HOLIDAY accepts no liability in respect of illness, personal injury or death or any loss/damage to the property of participant during the course of the trip, however caused.

 

We are proud of our safety record and we ensure it remains so by strict adherence to safety rules, by using state-of-the-art equipment and by refresher courses for our operations team. There are inherent risks involved in adventure sports. To make HAMARA HOLIDAY trips safe yet exciting we empower our Trip Leaders and Adventure team to reserve the right to alter or cancel any trip depending upon the fitness level of participants and prevailing conditions.

 

       All medical conditions and concerns need to be intimated as per the medical concerns form before commencement of any adventure activity.

       Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at least 6 hours prior to commencement of any adventure activities.

       Non-swimmers are permitted but may be restricted to certain sections of the river on the advice of the river guide/trip leader.

       Persons suffering from weak heart conditions, epilepsy, expecting mothers or those with any serious ailment are not permitted to go rafting.

       The lower age limit is 13 years for rafting which can be relaxed to 10 years for the easy float trips   

       Guests are advised not to carry any valuables/ expensive items, the camp will not be responsible for any such loss or damage.

       Rafting/ Kayaking/ Canoeing activities on the Ganga/ Betwa River are subject to water conditions of the rivers.
